What is the return policy on Midwifery Today audio tapes?
Audio tapes are non-refundable. Although audio tape sound quality is spot-checked for problems, occasionally tapes have technical problems that we are not aware of. You may exchange audio tapes with technical problems for another title or for credit toward another purchase within 120 days of purchase. Audio tapes that are sold in packages such as the Beginning Midwives Package, Doula Tape Package or Clinical Tape Package have been thoroughly reviewed for sound quality by our staff and so are unlikely to have technical problems.
