What is the return policy on damaged linings, and how long does it take to receive a credit?
If you need to return one of our linings, a credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned product. This credit will generally appear on your account within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. Our products are inspected and cased to protect them during shipment. Once a shipment is received and signed for, it is out of our control. Obvious damage occurring during transit must be noted on the Freight Bill upon delivery. Concealed Freight Damage needs to be reported to the delivering carrier immediately on discovery, usually within 24 hours of delivery.
