What is the return policy on Crocs™ products?
• To return a product to Crocs, Inc., merchandise must have been purchased within the last 60 days. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 60 days from the delivery date. • Crocs, Inc. is not responsible for a customer’s size or color selection. • The product must be in its original, unworn condition unless the return is due to defects covered under the 90 day product warranty. • Crocs will refund your money if all the return conditions are met. • Refunds on merchandise will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping & handling charges). • Crocs, Inc. is not responsible for shipping charges for non-defective returned merchandise. • Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. • Crocs will not provide postage for return product outside the 50 states and District of Columbia. • To return product for credit, the following procedures must be followed. To return product to Crocs Footwear, merchandise must have been purchased within the last 60 days. The product must be in its original, unworn condition unless the return is due to defects covered under the product warranty. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 60 days from the delivery date. Crocs Footwear is not responsible for customer size or color selection. We will refund your money or replace the original product with a different size and/or color if the return conditions are met. Refunds for merchandise purchased by credit card will be made only by credit issued to the original card. Crocs is not responsible for shipping charges for non-defective returned merchandise. Shipping and insurance charges will not be refunded. To return product for credit, the following procedures must be followed.
