What is the return policy on broadband internet modems?
Modems must be returned to the store within three (3) days of purchase for a refund on the modem. Modems returned same day will generally be refunded activation fee and modem cost; after the first day, the activation fee is non-refundable. Returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and all contents along with the original receipt. The UPC code on the box must not have already been cut off the box for any eligible mail in rebates. There also must be no writing on the box. Devices returned with mechanical or physical damage will not be accepted and no refunds will be given.
