What is the return policy of Straubs?
If you aren’t happy with it; if it is damaged or broken; or you just want to test our return policy, call us for return instructions. All returns must be by UPS Ground Delivery or you will pay for expedited service. If you paid by credit card, you will get full credit back and a credit slip will be sent to you. If you paid by check or money order, we will send you a check or money order. We only refund initial shipping charges or return shipping charges incurred by you if item is defective or return is a result of an error on our part. If the item was damaged in shipment, Straubs’ Inc (unlike most of our competitors) assumes responsibility for the damage and will pursue the claim with UPS. A replacement will be shipped immediately to you or credit issued. Please hold all packaging materials for possible inspection by UPS.
