What is the return policy for the BT-1 webcam?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 14 days of the receipt of the product. If the product is returned unopened in the original box, we will offer to exchange it or offer you a refund. The product must be returned within 14 days after the RMA has been issued. Ecamm Nework will not accept returns that are not accompanied by an RMA number. Unless a product is shown to be defective, a 10% fee will be assessed on any opened products. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Except in the case of a defective product, you are responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with returning the product.
