Parts that have not been used can be returned to Restore Doctors. We maintain the Serial Numbers on the parts we install and sell. This ensures that no one sticks the honest customers with the bill for a few dishonest people. Please obtain an RMA number before sending parts back. Parts damaged while trying to self install them are not returnable.
