What is the return policy for our brand new, brand name watches?
We guarantee that the watch you receive will be the exact watch you ordered. In the unlikely event that there is an error, we will replace the watch with the correct model at no additional cost to you. In the unlikely event that the watch you receive is defective upon receipt, we will replace the watch with a correctly working watch of the same brand and model at no additional cost to you. Please call us for a return authorization and instructions. We have sold hundreds of thousands of brand new watches and almost never have returns. We inspect every watch before it is shipped, except on the rare occasion when we have a dealer ship the watch directly to a client. If you choose to return an “in stock” item, one that has not been specially ordered, you have 14 days in which to do so for credit toward another About Time purchase.
