What is the return policy for GLBox?
If you wish to return the product for any reason, provided the product is in perfect resalable condition, you may return it in its original packaging and with its original contents up to 30 days after receiving the GLBox. If the product has a manufacturer defect, it can be exchanged within the first 30 days at no cost. If the product is returned in more than 30 days after purchase, GoldLine has the right to deduct, from the initial price of the GLBox, a total of $30 for a one time restocking fee. If the product is returned in more than 60 days after purchase, GoldLine has the right to deduct $10 per month for depreciation, in addition to the 30 dollars restocking fee. Subscriptions and all shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that GLBox has a one year manufacturer warranty. In case of a needed repair or exchange after 30 days and up to one year, all shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
