What is the return policy for Complexions by Dr. Watts products?
We are committed to your complete customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the unused portion within 30 days from the shipped date and you will not be billed for the order. For instructions on returning an item, please call our Customer Service line at (800) 250-8062. We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.” Refunds can only be issued to the same credit card on which the original purchase was made. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling.
