What is the return policy for Clearance AC?
A. Clearance AC will accept returns within 14 days of the product delivery date. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. A 20% restocking fee will be charged to the customers credit card. Remaining balance will be refunded the day the equipment is returned to the Clearance AC warehouse. All products must remain in new condition. It is up to the customer to check for product damage at the time of arrival before signing the shippers paperwork. Shipping companies will not accept damage charges after the order is delivered and signed.
