When you purchase from Art by Tr you are buying a piece of handmade art. We will not send you anything that we are not proud to have our name on. We will work with you to assure your satisfaction if there ever is a problem. We highly recommend that if you are wanting to decorate an entire room with our switchplates, order 1 or 2 at first and see if they will fit your needs. ****In the case where you are not totally satisfied, YOU MUST contact us for an authorization before returning any product. We will not accept returns without authorization! We reserve the right to charge a small stocking fee.
