WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR PURCHASING DVD THROUGH GOOGLE CHECKOUT?
All our used DVD’s are inspected and tested (on a DVD player, not a game console) prior to shipment. So we guarantee that they will play perfectly. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee to cover any fees incurred. Items returned are expected to be in the same condition as was shipped to you. Returns on new items will only be in unopened condition. Exchanges will be accommodated if available, on defective items only after we test the items. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.
