What is the return and refund policy for an item purchased from the Cocoon Innovations website?
You may return your unused item for a full refund of the merchandise cost within 30 days of the purchase date. You can expect a refund to your credit card within 14 days of our receiving your return. For shipping costs associated with the return of non-defective products, the customer will pay the cost of shipping. We will not accept a return that is shipped with shipping costs due. Prior to returning an item purchased from the Cocoon Innovations website, please contact Cocoon Innovations Customer Service by emailing info@cocooninnovations.com and providing all of the appropriate information regarding the item that was purchasedappropriate info to supply would be the date of purchase, your name and address and the original order number.
