What is the return and cancellation policy?
If you return the Microsoft Action Pack Welcome Kit within 45 days of its delivery, Microsoft will refund the purchase price of the subscription. You must return the complete, undamaged kit at your own expense to receive a full refund. The software CD set must be unopened and intact. After you cancel your subscription, the software licenses are no longer valid and you must uninstall all copies of the kit software. Microsoft will issue a refund to subscribers (minus a cancellation processing fee) after the Action Pack Welcome Kit and all of its contents are received and verified reusable. If you have questions, contact the Regional Service Center nearest you. You will need to provide your name, company name, mailing address, and Action Pack Subscription confirmation number. This number is in your original order confirmation e-mail message, on the shipment’s packing slip, or on the shipment’s address label.
