What is The Retreat at Valley Hi Association?
The Retreat at Valley Hi Association is the governing body of your community and is responsible for the maintenance of all Common Areas and neighborhood architectural control. When you purchase a Retreat Home, you automatically become a member of this Association. A Board of Directors is elected by the Homeowners to handle the business of the Association, which will include the hiring of a professional management company and other sub-contractors. The Board of Directors must operate within guidelines of the By-Laws and CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions). The funds to cover these administrative and maintenance costs come from monthly dues paid by all homeowners.
