What is the retention period of my documents?
Each EDI service available on the GXS network (Mark III, Mark 3000, and Interchange Services) maintains the sent and received data for a period of time to assist in document tracking and the ability to flag the document for re-receipt (also called document reactivation). The services maintain different retention periods as well as methods to modifying them.
