The Retail Dealer Renewable Fuels and Biodiesel Incentive is an incentive that was passed during the 2007 legislative session, in House Bill 2145. The retail dealer of motor fuel shall be paid an incentive for the selling or dispensing of renewable fuels and biodiesel through a motor fuel pump.
