What is the result of executing the Plankton byte code?
The result of running the Plankton code is a data structure that indicates whether the requested action is granted or denied, along with optional parameters that can indicate further obligations, etc. The code may use the information from the Octopus Node/Link graph, but typically also uses other data (such as time, or stored state) to make that decision.
