What is the Restrictions Dispute-Resolution Policy (RDRP)?
All domain name Registrants are bound by the Restrictions Dispute-Resolution Policy. This policy may be invoked by a third party in order to resolve a dispute with a Registrant over the registration or use of the Registrants domain name in violation of the .BIZ domain name registration restrictions. Such a violation would include complaints that the domain name is not being, or will not be, used primarily for a bona fide business or commercial purpose.
