What is the response time and priority for repairing potholes?
Typically, a pothole crew is dispatched once a week depending on the volume. During the winter and early spring, we might have one or more crews out every day if there is an abundance of potholes. With a high profile or severe pothole, permanent or temporary repairs will be made within twenty-four hours.
