What is the Resort Association Fee?

0

Every residence located at the Fernie Alpine Resort is subject to an annual Resort Association fee that assists in promoting and maintaining the resort. The Resort Fee is an annual fee that covers overall marketing of the resort and all Fernie Alpine Resort common property (for example, road maintenance, landscaping, etc.). Currently the resort fee is a percentage of the assessed value of the suite to a maximum fee of 0.04% of the assessed value. By supporting this Association the infrastructure of the resort and facilities within the resort will expand to service everyone’s needs. This fee is built into the monthly owner’s corporation expense.
