What is the reservation fee and when can it be refunded?
The reservation fee is 1000 Euros. By paying it, we stop marketing the cosen apartment for sale for 2 weeks period. Within two weeks time you have to sign a preliminary contract for purchase and to organize your funds and make the first payment. The reservation fee is non-refundable, however it will be deducted from the first payment due.
