A person who married before their eighteenth birthday should look into obtaining an annulment, instead of a divorce. The most common ground for an annulment is fraud. An annulment is unlike a divorce in two major aspects. First, there is not right to an annulment, the Courts have full discretion whether or not it grants an annulment.
