What is the required setback for Air Conditioning Units and pool heaters?
The setbacks on A/C and pool heaters is subject to Zoning regulations. The location of these units is addressed as part of the Zoning Construction and Use Permit (Form 21). In most cases, the setback from property lines will be 5 feet but verify the requirement with the Zoning Permit Counter at 720-865-3000.
