What is the required or maximum data sampling frequency?
We support up to 10-minute intervals (6 times per hour.) Overly high frequency data will consume the user’s quota quickly and cause the device to stop working after a short period of time. The finest resolution that our user interface supports is 10-minute intervals, so sampling more frequently does not improve the user’s experience. Less frequent sampling (such as every hour) also works: we interpolate the raw data points to produce regular 15-minute intervals. However, less-frequent data points produce a blockier and less detailed graph.
