What is the required “Break-in” period for new Simaudio components?

The “Break-in” periods are as follows: • 6 weeks for Preamplifiers and Integrated Amplifiers. • 3 weeks for Power Amplifiers • 4 weeks for Digital Products (CD & DVD Players, HT Processors) These times imply constant operation. &nbsp If they seem a bit excessive, the reasons are as follows: Our components are solid-state and use certain devices which require a fair amount of time to stabilize and reach optimal performance (see previous question). &nbsp As well, since preamplifiers deal with much lower voltages and we use no buffering/coupling/filtering capacitors in the signal path, they require more “Break-in” time than other components.
