What is the reporting structure prevalent in the organisation?

0

Answer We believe in teamwork and while for purpose of administration we have various levels in the organisation (viz. Associate Consultant, Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, Associate Director, Principal) reporting is mainly project based. An individual would have to report to the Project Manager in charge of the project he or she is working for. There could be occasions when an individual could be working for more than one project at a time.
