The Department of Energy’s (DOE) Semi-Annual Davis-Bacon Enforcement Report is due to the Department of Labor (DOL) by April 30, 2010. This reporting period is from October 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010. The next reporting period will run from April 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010 and will be due to the Department of Labor on October 29, 2010. The Department has asked for the information from grant Recipients to be provided by April 19, 2010, so that all reports can be combined and a final report compiled for final submission to the DOL.
