What is the replacement process for lost, damaged or stolen cards?
If the card holder loses or damages their card, or it is stolen, they can email fcc.studentconnect@firstgroup.com. There will be an administration charge applied to replacement cards, and a maximum of two will be issued in any calendar year. If the card is stolen, the card holder will be required to provide a crime number for our records. Tickets WILL NOT be replaced at stations.
