In-house turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks. This does not include shipping time. We do experience peak periods, which can extend the turnaround time. Every effort is made to return your tool/light as quickly as possible so that your downtime is minimized. If a tool/light is sent to one of the other repair centers (listed on the back cover of our catalog), contact the individual repair center to inquire about turn-around time.
