Yes, if your ad is running in a nonexclusive adstrip. (In finite adstrips, which can hold a fixed number of ads, someone may have jumped the queue ahead of you.) You can only renew an ad that is currently running. When renewing an ad you cannot specify a run after date: it will begin running immediately after its current term expires.
