As the new steward of the DotNetNuke Open Source Project, the DotNetNuke Corporation retains ownership of all DotNetNuke related assets previously held by Perpetual Motion Interactive Systems, Inc (PMI). The DotNetNuke Corporation simply replaces PMI as the corporate entity in possession of these assets and responsible for the project.
