Lean Enterprise Development™ is Transtar’s approach to OD and project management that specifically targets the organization’s technical systems rather than its social systems. Human performance issues are typically deferred to later, more mature stages of organization development. Our approach helps clients allocate the limited resources that may be available during the early startup stages to the essential activities necessary to build lean organizational structures and systems. Non-value adding efforts are excluded.
