Plugins developed with WBI Development Kit version 4.5 will run under IBM WebSphere Transcoding Publisher (WTP) version 1.1.2 with a few exceptions. Several features new to WBI 4.5 have not yet been incorporated into WTP, though they will be available in a future release of WTP.
