What is the relationship between ThinkTrust and the Brokers/Custodians ThinkTrust works with?
Your accounts are held at a brokerage firm or possibly at a bank trust department. These financial companies act as custodian for your accounts. Using the limited power of attorney provided in the ThinkTrust Asset Management Agreement, ThinkTrust will direct trades within your accounts at those firms. At all times, you retain full control over your account and you have full access to your money. You may terminate ThinkTrust’s agreement at any time without further cost or obligation.
