The reports in Voyager FleetCommander use the transaction date for selecting transactions to view. Since some transactions are not forwarded to Voyager by the merchants until up to 6 months after they occur, the posting date and transaction date can be quite different. As a result, Voyager FleetCommander is intended as a fleet management tool rather than a billing reconciliation utility.
