What is the relationship between the NYC Construction Codes and Local Law 99 of 2005?
Local Law 99 of 2005 contained the new Plumbing Code for New York City and certain administrative portions of the new construction codes. It called for submission of a completion bill prior to July 1, 2007. The bill containing the remaining four codes and necessary revisions to the administrative provisions is the completion bill.
