What is the relationship between the Mexico City Pact, cCCR and carbonn®?
Article. 4 of the Mexico City Pact states that signatories will report their climate commitments, performance and actions regularly through the carbonn Cities Climate Registry. Any city or local government that wishes to join cCCR is requested to sign the Mexico City Pact. The cCCR will present the list of cities that sign the Pact and provide an online, real-time scorecard of what signatory cities report. The Bonn Center for Local Climate Action and Reporting – carbonn® will collect and compile data provided by cities, as well as ensure continuous improvement of the system and help build cities’ capacity to measure and report their climate information.
