A. The LSI is running its Class II UAV competition in parallel with the DARPA OVA II Program. The LSI competition is for technologies other than ducted fan technology. The DARPA OVA II Program is for ducted fan technology only. At the end of Phase II, it is anticipated that a contract award will be made for Class II UAV Phase III to either the LSI Phase II subcontractor or the DARPA OVA II subcontractor.
