A Refer to the California Code of Regulations, Section 7312, which requires that the AAAs needs assessment findings are taken into account when determining “adequate proportion” percentages. These percentages then must be discussed at public hearings on the area plan. These percentages are included in Appendix V in the area plan and must be updated each year there is a change to the set minimum percentages.
