What is the relationship between the Client and an Expert?
Clients need to send all records, materials, etc. for the expert to review or analyze directly to the expert. ForensisGroup handles all administrative and billing issues allowing the client and expert to focus on work as it proceeds. The scope and nature of work is determined and directed by the client; the expert retains complete control over the technical and scientific aspects of work. Both parties’ financial relationship is with ForensisGroup. As an independent contractor, the expert submits invoices to ForensisGroup for work on cases obtained through the company. ForensisGroup, in turn, invoices the client.
