WAPHTN – the Washington Public Health Training Network – is the legacy education and training management system, which is built around the organization. It will be completely replaced by SmartPH to allow for a more robust online training system built around the learner. Being a robust Learning Management System (LMS), SmartPH will have much more functionality for the learner, supervisor and coordinator/instructor, including all the functionality that was available using WAPHTN.
