What is the relationship between reduction in MOE and CEIS?
Districts choosing to use both reduction in MOE and CEIS are limited to applying the smaller of the two amounts for both activities. In the case where an LEA is determined by the State as having significant disproportionality in identification, placement, or discipline of students with disabilities, the LEA is prohibited from applying the reduction in MOE.
