A.: There are no formal agreements between the two. In the spring of 1999, RAIN Founder/Producer Hap Holly, KC9RP, contacted FCC Special Counsel Riley Hollingsworth, K4ZDH, about voicing a regular enforcement column exclusively for www.rainreport.com. Hollingsworth agreed to phone in his reports to Holly each Friday. Because he periodically calls in from the field, Hollingsworth’s audio varies from week to week. Updating Sundays, the FCC Enforcement Log is a huge draw, creating an audio bottleneck on Sundays. You might want to wait until Monday to listen to this feature.
