What is the relationship between Process Analysis and Feasibility Analysis?
The Process Analysis confirms the assumptions made in the RFID Business Case. The Process Analysis is not carried out until, or unless a formal Business Case has been developed. The Feasibility Analysis gathers high-level information about the customer’s current business goals, processes and application environment in order to help the customer make fundamental decisions about the advisability of implementing RFID, and develop a formal RFID business case.
