Interim registration process, which started in June of 1998, was completed in June 2003. During this process SGBs were established to evaluate and refine current qualifications and to propose relevant changes to existing qualifications and to generate new standards and qualifications. After 30 June 2003, a process for full registration of these qualifications was introduced.
