What is the relationship between HACCP and an Approved Arrangement?
HACCP is an integral part of the Approved Arrangement. – The HACCP system is a system of documenting your particular food processing activities and identifying specific hazards that may occur and measures for their control to ensure the resultant food is fit for human consumption. The Approved Arrangement must contain a HACCP Plan.
