What is the relationship between dogs/coyotees/wolves and the moon?
Coyotes cannot position themselves “in front of” the Moon. If you were in a different location, the Moon would not appear behind the coyote. As far as a relationship, light reflected by the Moon allows coyotes to see at night, so perhaps they are comforted by it. It does not, however, exert any kind of paranormal influence on them.
