What is the relationship between County Advisory Panel and LME in selecting needs assessment contractor?
The LME initially identifies at least two possible capable candidates. These candidates will be then presented to the County Advisory Panel along with a portfolio of their experience and expertise. The LME will make a final recommendation to the Division with input from County Advisory Panel. The Division reserves the right to approve the final selection of all contractors and the planned use of all contracted funds.
